- ABOUT
I'm Amanda - and I've been where you are
For over a decade I walked through a fog that no medication, therapy, or treatment could lift. I was hospitalized twice. I questioned if I would ever feel normal again. Then everything changed and AmandaMillionCo was born from that moment. Not as a business. As a lifeline I wish I’d had.
My Vision
A world where no one has to navigate mental health struggles alone – where lived experience is recognized as a source of strength, guidance, and hope.
My Mission
- Creating ajudgment-free space
- Providing real, practical tools
- Making healing feel possible
A Framework Built From Real Recovery
01
Daily Structure
When depression strips away your routine, even small intentional habits can become lifelines. I’ll help you rebuild a daily rhythm that actually works for where you are right now.
02
Self-Awareness
Understanding what you’re feeling and why is the first step to moving through it. I’ll help you tune inward without judgment and make sense of your emotions.
03
Momentum
Healing isn’t about giant leaps. It’s about small, consistent steps that compound over time. I’ll show you how to keep going even on the days when everything feels impossible.
